Image of a boy looking through a telescope.With its experience in technology-rich curriculum, the Mid-Atlantic Region Space Science Broker team offers consultation to educators to help you contact NASA space scientists and researchers. The team can also help you identify educational materials for teaching space science and scientific inquiry. You can also ask the team for help in producing quality educational programs.



Use these resources to find out about  NASA support tools and other materials available to you:

  • NASA Educator Resource Center Network - To make information available to the education community, the NASA Education Division has created the NASA Educator Resource Center (ERC) network. ERCs contain a wealth of information for educators: publications, reference books, slide sets, audio cassettes, videotapes, telelecture programs, computer programs, lesson plans, and teacher guides with activities.
  • NASA AESP - The NASA Aerospace Education Services Program (AESP) is a nationwide effort to enhance educator awareness and understanding of scientific and technological advances spawned from NASA's research and exploration missions.
  • Space Science Education Resource Directory - This web-based directory provides easy access to high-quality, online space science educational resources for teachers and students from kindergarten through high school.
  • NASA Space Grant College and Fellowship Program - Use this web site to locate space grant directors by state and to find information on specific space grant fellowships and grant opportunities.
  • NASA Office of Space Science Education - This web site provides helpful resource links for scientists, educators, and others involved in space science education.
  • NASA SpaceLink - This is a useful web resource for finding aeronautics and space science information. SpaceLink includes a great search engine, hot topics listing, and library of NASA educational services and projects.
  • Educational Resource Links - Here you will find a list of additional educational resource links available to teachers and students.
  • Science Standards for States in the Mid-Atlantic Region - Access the science and space science standards for your state.
  • NASA Explorer Schools in the Mid-Atlantic Region - Mid-Atlantic region schools are partnering with NASA programs to bring math, science, and technology learning to students and educators.
